Would you like to switch to PLUS1?

You will normally continue with the school dental service as you have been doing until you turn 18.

If you want to switch to PLUS1, you must contact your municipal school dental clinic and tell them that you want to change dentists. The school dental clinic will then send some paperwork to your new dentist, which is a kind of contract that PLUS1 is willing to accept you as a patient.

We then send the signed contract back to the school dental clinic, after which we receive the medical records and X-rays.
