Criteria Smile Again Foundation

Criteria

If you meet the requirements below, you may be eligible for free treatment of your teeth.

You must be a permanent resident of the Capital Region of Denmark or Region Zealand. In addition, you can say 'yes' to the following:

  • My smile limits me in my everyday life.
  • My smile limits me in my relationships with other people.
  • I think getting my teeth fixed will make a positive change in my life.
  • Others notice that I have problems with my teeth.
  • I can't pay for the necessary treatment myself or get a dental subsidy elsewhere (e.g. through public services).
  • I am prepared to complete a longer course of treatment and can provide the necessary transportation to and from the clinic myself.
  • I am willing to have my development followed and documented.
  • I am not an addict (if you are a former addict, you have been clean for at least two years).
  • I am committed to taking care of my teeth with regular check-ups after treatment.

In addition to the above criteria, it is important that you show up for the appointments we make with you. If you miss an appointment, we are unfortunately unable to offer new appointments.
