Our goal is to provide dental treatments of a high quality to our patients while ensuring that you, as a patient, feel welcome and in good hands regardless of whether you have come in for a routine check-up, have problems with your wisdom teeth, are in need of a dental bridge or a cosmetic treatment such as, for example, tooth bleaching or implants. We pride ourselves on always being able to provide you with the best treatment possible. At PLUS1, hiring and keeping highly qualified and motivated personnel is of critical importance to us. Dedication, sensitivity and responsibility are the words that characterise our collaboration here at PLUS1. If you are in doubt as to whether or not our suggested treatments are correct, you are always welcome to get a second opinion from another dentist or to switch to another dentist in PLUS1.
If you have an emergency dental issue, it’s possible to come in on the same day if you call us before 10 a.m. If you call later, we will usually be able to find a time for you but we cannot guarantee it. We always do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
In the event of receiving a patient with an emergency, we try to treat the problem – or at least make you as comfortable and free of pain as possible – until a more comprehensive treatment can be undertaken.
Outside of our normal opening hours, we refer you to Tandlægevagten [the Dental Emergency Service] at Oslo Plads 14, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The Dental Emergency Service is open all days from 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in addition to weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. – 12 a.m. and 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

For your first appointment, we ask you to come in 10 minutes ahead of time so that we can create a profile for you in our system. Remember to bring your health insurance card.
Cancellations must, as far as possible, be made 2 hours before the treatment. If we receive your cancellation later than this, it will be counted as a missed appointment and you will be sent a bill of DKK 234.00 which is what the legislation on health insurance allows dentists to charge in such circumstances.
After the treatment is completed, the bill is printed and it must be paid on the same day either with cash or a credit card [Dankort]. If the treatment is very comprehensive, the bill must be paid in advance – either in full or in part.
If you are a member of ”danmark”, we automatically send in the reimbursement form on your behalf.
You can freely change your dentist and you have the right to get your file and x-rays transferred to your new dentist. If you wish to be treated at Plus1, our dentists will ensure that your previous file is sent over to us.
All of our clinics have very easy wheelchair access. In Rødovre there is a large disabled-friendly parknig area on the roof, with direct access to the clinic. In Field’s, there is parking for the disabled in the basement.

If you have a company agreement, we kindly ask you to state the agreement number when you book your appointment. If you suffer from dental phobia/anxiety, it’s a good idea to mention that to us when you make your appointment – then we’ll have the opportunity to set aside a little more time for your visit.
